Officer Development Program (Code : ODP)
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree Majoring in any major/discipline, except : Teaching, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing
- or last semester student who have completed the theorical subjects from selected university
- Minimum GPA :
- For Bachelor (S1) degree : Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- For Master (S2) degree : Minimum GPA 3.20 of 4.00 scale
- Proficient in English both verbal and in written
- Not married and Willing not get married during ODP education program
- Maximum age 26 years old at the time of the initial selection
- Energetic, confident, good communication skill, highly motivated, and likes the challenge
- Active in organizations both within and outside the campus
- Willing to be placed in any Bank Syariah Mandiri network throughout Indonesia
- Computer literated minimum in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Has never participated in the employees selection process of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months
