In 2013, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) improved its performance. PTBA managed to record total assets of Rp1,151.3 billion in 2013, an increase of 27% from the previous year of Rp909.97 billion. Correspondingly, business revenue reached Rp1,441.25 billion, an increase of 56% (yoy) from Rp923.41 billion in 2012. Net profit in 2013 amounted to Rp72.79 billion, which represented an increase of 43% over net profit recorded in 2012 of Rp50.84 billion.
