PT Yodya Karya (Persero) – Yodya Karya or later known as YOKA is a state-owned consulting service firm in Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. YOKA running business in consultant planner services, including architects, engineering and management consultant services. YOKA was first started as Naamloze Vennootschap Job en Sprey (NV Job & Sprey), as Dutch company founded by Mr Sprey in 1948. PN Yodya Karya was launched in 1958 as a nationalization results of NV Job & Sprey. In 1972, PN Yodya Karya renamed into PT Yodya Karya (Persero). YOKA is based in Jakarta and now has 5 regional offices and 5 branches spread in all over Indonesia. The Company also supported by 3 division units, namely Engineering Division, Building Division, and PLKP Division. In terms of financial performance, YOKA reported total contract value in 2011 amounted to Rp 222.92 billion. General Requirements

• Male/Female, with the maximum age of 27 years old.
• Minimum education
• D3/S1 in Accounting (1).
• S1 in Civil Engineering – Irrigation (2)
• S1in  Civil Engineering – Road & Rail (3).
• S1 in Psychology – Industrial (4).
• Preferably experienced in the related field for at least 2 years.
• Operating knowledge of Accounting softwares (1).
• Ready to work hard and be able to work in teams.
• Responsible for the work.
• Fluent in English (active and passive).
• Preferably have SKA (2, 3).
