AHM is based in Jakarta and now has 4 production plants in Jakarta and Karawang West Java with installed total production capacity of 5.3 million motorcycle units per year (as of December 2014). PT Astra Honda Motor is the brand holder of Honda Motorcycle in Indonesia. AHM is a multinational joint venture established by Indonesia’s PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group) and Japan’s Honda Motor Co. At present, AHM is 50% iwbed by Astra Group and 50% by Honda Motor Co. In 2014, AHM succeeded in posting overall improvement in its performance. According to Astra Group Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, AHM was able to expand sales by 8% from 4.7 million units in 2013 to 5.1 million units in 2014.

Network Physical Development Supervisor Area

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Architecture Engineering, Design Interior (Last semester studens are encourage to apply).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• competent in the use of 3D Max, AutoCad, Sketch Up and Phostoshop.
• competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Have polished communication skills.

Infrastructure Development

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Informatic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System (Last semester studens are encourage to apply).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Strong knowledge and good understanding about  in the field of IT technologies, both in the field of application (SW), and infrastructure (HW & Network).
• Have polished communication skills.
• Deeply interesting in exploration of IT technology.

Product Planning Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, Marketing (Last semester studens are encourage to apply).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Have a basic knowledge of market research.
• Have a basic knowledge of Brand Strategy.
• Possess excellent presentation skill to analytical sharing.
• Able to explain the definition of marketing, types of marketing strategy.

Customer Measurement Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Statistics, Mathematic, Industrial Engineering (Last semester studens are encourage to apply).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Have a good team work.
• Have good skill and are happy to perform survey, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Glad to analyze and looking for problem solving by using real data.

Customer Data Mining & Retention Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in All Major (Last semester studens are encourage to apply).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Have a good team work.
• Glad to perform analysis with regard to the data.
• Have high durability and stress resistance.
• Willing to traveling.

Check, Pack & Shipping Section Head

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mechanical Engineering (Last semester studens are encourage to apply).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
