PT Bank DKI – Bank DKI is one of the largest regional development bank in Indonesia with total assets of Rp 36.43 trillion as at the end of 2014. The Bank is majority owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta with 99.97% shares. Other remaining shares in Bank DKI was owned by PD Pasar Jaya. Micro Area Head (Code : MAH-GRU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, not more than 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Previous experience in micro banking industry for at least 4 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a leader in micro banking unit.
• Have a good knowledge and experience in micro-banking industry and demonstrated good skills in selling micro banking products, credit analysis, collateral valuation and collection.
• Strong leadership skill and good intergrity.

Mikro Unit Head (Code : MUH-GRU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, not more than 37 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Previous experience in micro banking industry for at least 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a leader in micro banking unit.
• Have a good knowledge and experience in micro-banking industry and demonstrated good skills in selling micro banking products, credit analysis, collateral valuation and collection.
• Have a good skills in negotiation skill selling micro banking products.
• Have a good credit risk mitigation.
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing unit and the achievement of targets.

Area Credit Reviewer

Requirements

• Male/Female, not more than 37 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors
• Previous experience in micro banking industry for at least 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Credit Analyst in micro banking unit.
• Strong leadership skill and good intergrity.

Credit Reviewer

Requirements

• Male/Female, not more than 37 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors
• Previous experience in micro banking industry for at least 2 years.
• Have a good skills in micro banking credit analysis, and collateral valuation.

General Requirements

1. Able to work using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
2. Have personal motor cycle and SIM C (MUH, ACR and CR).
3. Placement area Bogor (MIKRO – BOGOR), Tangerang (MIKRO -TANGERANG) and Bekasi (MIKRO – BEKASI).
