Treasury Staff
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial activities of the company and group companies in order to support the smooth operations of the company.
- Implement inputting payment data and compile daily transaction journals that provided accurate information related to daily transactions conducted /
- Manage the activities of financial payments in accordance with the plans and systems / procedures applicable to support the smooth operations and projects in the company.
- Communicate and preparing correspondence with the Bank to ensure the company’s financial transactions running smoothly.
- Managing petty cash and supervise their use to ensure the availability of petty cash in order to support the company’s operational activities.
- Prepare the data and check the completeness and validity of the evidence of expenditure Cash / Bank that is required for the payment of the company’s financial activities.
- Prepare the data necessary for the preparation of financial statements for companies both internal (eg, cash flow statements) and external (example: report to Bank Indonesia).
- Preparing the data required for the audit of financial statements relating to the accounts related to the Bank.
- Carry out system documentation (filing) a good corporate financial data and tidy and prepare supporting data treasury transactions that will be used for the company’s financial management activities.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) majoring in Economic from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- Have 1-2 years working experience in same role
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail oriented
- Active in some extra curricular activities
- Good command in English both oral and written

Fixed Asset Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform asset management company that systematically recorded in accordance with the applicable policies in the company.
- Do reversal of fixed assets of Costruction in Progress (CIP) to Fixed Assets (FA) to ensure completeness of CIP into FA.
- Registering the company’s assets include the budget checking, coding project, the accrual record, verify invoices, records invoices, invoice payment to support the asset management activities of the company.
- Pay the custom clearance in accordance with the applicable provisions to support the smooth receipt of goods.
- Perform recording depreciation on a monthly basis to obtain a decrease in the use of an asset information within the company.
- Perform Capital Expenditure Analysis includes a comparison of actual and budget, realization, and updates forecast for tax purposes.
- Perform counting and recording akuntans COE (Company Ownership Equipment) to ensure the management of the company in accordance with the COE runs.
- Process advance to heavy equipment (HE) includes checking the budget, recording and payment of invoices, advance into fixed asset reversal, HE data management and cash flow projections to ensure completeness of data in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Perform maintenance and management of the appropriate heavy equipment maintenance procedures established by the company.
Job Requirements :
